Please be advised the playground will be closed on Monday, January 25, 2021, from 8AM to 2 PM. The playground is being treated for fire ants.

On Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 6:00PM, via Zoom Teleconference, 2335 Tamiami Trail North Suite 402, Naples, Florida, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing Directors and such other business as may lawfully be conducted. Subsequent to the “FIRST NOTICE” you will receive a “SECOND NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING” which will specify the agenda and advise the membership of other important information concerning the Annual Meeting.

Enclosed please find the 2021 Payment Statement for the Annual Dues for Victoria Park II Homeowners Association. The annual fee for 2021 is $800.00 which is an increase from 2020. Please note that the board also changed the payment schedule from once a year to twice. On January 1st $400.00 will be due and the remaining $400.00 will be due July 1st. You can also pay the amount in full in January should you chose. If you are on auto debit, this statement is for your record only.

At the last board meeting, one of the items discussed was the posting of signage in yards and personal propaganda on vehicles within the association. Effective 6/20/2020 ALL signs, unless previously approved, are to be removed from yards, and any unauthorized signage will need to be removed from vehicles. This includes political, graduation, and other announcements.
8.2 Signs. No sign, advertisement, notice or other lettering of any kind, including, without limitation, those of contractors and subcontractors, shall be erected within Victoria Park II. Provided, however, that the signs advertising a Parcel for sale or rent, advertising a garage sale or security services are permitted with prior approval of the Board or its designee, and subject to setback and size requirements established by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall have the right to summarily remove and destroy all unauthorized signs.
If you wish to have a sign posted, please email the Management Company your request and we will forward to the board for review. Please include your address and a description or rendering of the sign you are requesting to have in your yard or on your vehicle.
